TaskCaddy Personal Service Assistant (PSA) is a Project and Portfolio Management and Mobile Deployment Management System that utilizes the broadband wireless network linked to the Internet and PDA. It assists Field Service personnel with the most advanced logical data collection system needed for the completion of tasks in the final last-mile of a service call or PPM activity. TaskCaddy provides Inventory Management, Task Management, Project Status and Task Instructions on the PDA at the point of use.
